Yes. All of our installers are professional, experienced central heating engineers with Gas Safe certification.

All of our engineers go through a number of checks to gauge competency and ensure they are Gas Safe Registered. We also closely monitor customer reviews about our engineers to make sure that our customers are always 100% satisfied with the work carried out in their property.

By law all gas engineers must be on the Gas Safe Register. This ensures that engineers are up to date with the latest practices, laws and are regularly trained. The Gas Safe Register is vital to consumers as it ensures that gas work is carried out safely and properly to avoid future complications or damage to property. Gas Safe Registered engineers are regularly subject to spot inspections by the Gas Safe Register to ensure that standards are regularly maintained.

Alongside the Manufacturer warranty, you will also get a 12 months workmanship warranty from Britannic Heating for any pipework installed by us. If you have any problems, we are here to help.
